Caesars Shares Rise 7% After Casino Partnership With Eastern Band of Cherokee Indians

Caesars Entertainment Inc. shares rose 7% to $49.49 after the company said it was in a partnership with the Eastern Band of Cherokee Indians for the development of Caesars Virginia, which officially breaks ground in Danville this week.

The company said the $650 million full-service entertainment facility is scheduled to open in late 2024.
