A Bay County woman couldn’t contain her excitement when she won a $218,305 Club Keno The Jack prize from the Michigan Lottery.

The lucky player, who chose to remain anonymous, matched her easy pick The Jack numbers – 03-12-14-17-37-45-66-78 – to eight of the 20 Club Keno numbers drawn in draw 2110534. She bought her winning ticket at Village Mini Mart, located at 1100 South Euclid Avenue in Bay City.

“I bought a Club Keno ticket with The Jack when I was at the store and then watched the drawings online when I got home,” said the 61-year-old player. “When I saw I’d won The Jack, I texted my husband right away and told him how much I’d won.

“A few minutes later, I called him and was shouting with excitement when he answered. He asked why I was so worked up over winning $2,180 since I’d won a prize around that amount before. I told him to read the amount in my text again and that’s when he realized how much I’d really won. We were so excited!”

The lucky player visited Lottery headquarters to claim her prize. With her winnings, she plans to share with family and then save the remainder.

The Jack is a Club Keno add-on game that players may add to their Club Keno wager for as little as $1 per draw. With The Jack, players get eight easy pick numbers to match to the Club Keno numbers drawn. Players may win prizes ranging from $1 to the jackpot. The jackpot starts at $10,000 and grows until it is won. To win the jackpot, players must match all eight numbers.

Club Keno may be played at the 10,500 Lottery retailers across the state. Drawings take place every three and a half minutes. Results and live drawings may be found online at MichiganLottery.com.

In 2021, Lottery players won more than $368 million playing Club Keno, The KICKER, and The Jack.
