Wynn Las Vegas is preparing to launch a new dining experience this autumn that will cost guests $10,000 apiece.

The limited-time series consists of three dinners hosted by Napa Valley-based winegrowers Domain H. William Harlan.

Up to 20 guests per dinner will be allowed to attend, and each evening will be centred around one of three Harlan wineries:  Harlan Estate, BOND and Promontory.

Attendees will be allowed to sample labels from each winery, while chefs from Wynn Las Vegas will prepare “specially curated” meals.

The first dinner will take place on Saturday 10 September, with wines from Harlan Estate.

Guests will be escorted to the two-storey Encore Duplex suite of Wynn Las Vegas for an evening hosted by SW Steakhouse Executive Chef Mark LoRusso and Amanda Harlan, second generation proprietor of Domain H. William Harlan.

A little over one month later, on Saturday 15 October, the series’ second dinner will take place at the 18 hole of Wynn Golf Club.

This evening will feature wines from BOND and be hosted by Cory Empting, Managing Director of Winegrowing for Domain H. William Harlan, and Joshua Smith, Executive Chef for Delilah at Wynn Las Vegas.

The third and final dinner will take place at a yet-to-be disclosed location, hosted by Mizumi’s Executive Chef Min Kim and Will Harlan, family member, Owner and Managing Director of Domain H. William Harlan. Kim’s menu will be paired with a selection of Promontory blends.

In addition, guests will bypass a waiting list and be granted immediate membership to the wine club of their dinner’s featured winery.
