The World Series of Poker (WSOP) tournaments have been organized annually in Las Vegas since 2004. In 2005, the WSOP Circuit was launched in the USA. This year, it was hosted by the Bicycle Casino in Bell Gardens, California. There were 13 events and the winners of the 13 golden rings were handed out the seats for the Tournament of Champions in Vegas, scheduled for later this year.

The Bike poker tournament took place in New York. The majority of players were of American nationality, but there were participants from around the world. Most of the players and winners of this year's WSOP circuit are familiar names from the poker world, while others were at their first experience of it.

The technology behind online poker games is complex. The GGPoker platform is among the best – if not the most – poker sites. In 2020 GPGoker will co-host events together with WSOP. Virtual Reality (VR) is seen to be a growing trend in the poker game.

The Bike Hotel is a poker venue in Southern California. The first event of the WSOP Circuit was won by the Chinese origin player Xiaochuan Xie.
