Woman Sues Over $100,000 She Was Denied From Online Slots Jackpot

Lisa Piluso of Yardley, Pennsylvania, claims she won a $100,000 jackpot on October 2, 2020, but she only collected $280. Piluso is suing American Gaming Services, a manufacturer associated with Caesars Interactive New Jersey. She claims AGS officials, including the company president, refused to pay her.

Woman Sues AGS over $100,000 she was denied from Online Slots Jackpot. AGs employee said there was an error or glitch in the game. He offered to boost her payout to $1, but she refused. She is suing AG's for triple damages and compensation for mental anguish and emotional harm. More than a dozen other gamblers have filed complaints about the same Capital Gains game, which led to a $1000 fine.
