Two Kings Casino Opening 500 Additional Gaming Machines Tomorrow

Catawba Two Kings Casino in Kings Mountain will open an expanded pre-launch facility with 500 additional gaming machines – including blackjack, roulette, craps, and baccarat – on December 15. With the completion of the expansion, there are now 1,000 gaming machines in the temporary casino. They include 954 traditional slot machines and 46 positions at four electronic table game pods in a “stadium” setup.
“Our patrons will soon be able to play their favorite table games such as blackjack, roulette, craps, and baccarat right here at Catawba Two Kings Casino – all from the comfort of one seat,” said Mike Ulizio, president of the Catawba Nation Gaming Authority. “The electronic table games are a great addition as we provide more gaming opportunities at a convenient location for people across the Charlotte region.”
The electronic table games feature an easy-to-use interface that delivers a classic table games experience that experienced players will love and that lets beginners learn in a non-intimidating environment. Among the features:
- Craps offers all traditional bets and proposition bets as seen on a live Craps table game.
- Internal video blackjack allows players to play at their own pace without hurry-up time.
- Blackjack side bets include Lucky Lucky, 21 + 3, and Lucky Ladies.
- Baccarat side bets include Lucky Nines, Any Pair, and Super 6.
- Roulette displays the history of the last 10 games and hot and cold numbers.
With the expansion, the casino will also add a dedicated high-limit room offering guests added privacy and personal service. Onsite beer and wine service will also launch shortly after the expansion opens.
To celebrate the expansion, Catawba Two Kings Casino is launching a six-week promotion that culminates with a new Ford F-150 SuperCrew truck giveaway on January 24. Beginning December 15, each point earned on a guest’s Lucky North® Club Card will also be an entry into the truck drawing. Each Sunday beginning December 26, two guests will win $500 in Free Play every hour. Two more $500 Free Play prizes will also be awarded at the truck drawing on January 24.
The pre-launch facility opened July 1, and work on its expansion began in September. The new gaming building is attached to the original facility and once again was constructed using prefabricated modular structures. The Catawba Nation and its consultants are continuing planning work on the permanent casino resort project, which will be announced at a later date.
The Catawba Two Kings Casino is practicing safety procedures and protocols to best protect guests and employees from COVID-19. All employees are required to wear a mask, and guests are encouraged to wear one as well. Disposable masks are available for guests when they enter the casino.
