TSB refused to refund a reader £4,150 for 70 transactions to a betting company. The transactions were made over 10 days. TSB has a zero policy on gambling and fraud. The reader has had the same bank account since 1997 and has never made any payments to the gambling company before.

TSB has a zero policy on repaying fraud on gambling sites. It has refunded the money to the customer and offered compensation.
