Caesars Rewards Las Vegas
Targeted cardholders can earn a one-time $40 statement credit when using their card to spend a minimum of $200 in one or more purchases on room rate and room charges during a stay at a participating Caesars Rewards Las Vegas property now through October 26, 2022. (Terms apply and manual enrollment is required.)
Reservations must be made directly through Caesars Rewards, individual properties (or their websites), by phone, at Caesars.com/Las-Vegas, via the Caesars Rewards app. (Keep in mind that Caesars Rewards is a TopCashback merchant, so you might be able to save a few extra bucks by starting your booking session there.)

Wynn and Encore
The Wynn and Encore properties have an Amex Offer — and it appears you don’t even need to stay at one of the resorts! (This one may appeal to Las Vegas area locals.)
The offer says, “Get a one-time $50 statement credit by using your enrolled eligible Card to spend a minimum of $250 in one or more purchases on room rate and room charges when you pay for your stay at Wynn Las Vegas & Encore Las Vegas.” (The offer is valid through September 30, 2022. Manual enrollment is required and terms apply.)
But here’s where the fine print gets interesting. It states, “Offer valid for room rate, room charges, select food and beverage establishments, and spas at Wynn Las Vegas and Encore Las Vegas.”
So, it seems as though you can drop by Wynn or Encore to enjoy a meal, drinks, or spa treatments without having to stay at either resort.

There’s a Marriott Bonvoy Amex Offer floating around right now.

A maximum of $50 back applies. So, if my math is correct, the offer is good on the first $250 you spend. (Manual enrollment is required and terms apply.)
The Cosmopolitan is a Marriott Bonvoy Autograph Collection property, so that’s certainly a possibility for this Amex Offer. The Westin is a couple of blocks off The Strip and between Flamingo and Bally’s. That’s also another Bonvoy option.
