Gun Lake Casino will host a groundbreaking ceremony to celebrate the beginning of its Phase 5 $300 million expansion project. The plans include a brand-new 15-story hotel with over 250 guest rooms and an aquadome.
The Gun Lake Tribe will begin construction on a casino expansion soon. The expansion plan was first revealed by the casino operator in April of last year. If the project is completed on time, guests will have access to the new amenities in March 2025.
The Gun Lake Tribe has been working on the casino in Michigan for the past few years. The tribe announced a $100 million expansion in October 2019. It was expanded from 76,000 square feet to 228,00 square ft. There are 500 slot games and new table gaming options. Three new restaurants were also part of the expansion.
