Station Casino bought a fifty-acre site at the southwest corner of Las Vegas Boulevard and Cactus Avenue for 172.4 million dollars. He is still working on the construction of his $750 million Durango hotel-casino, which is scheduled to open in the fall of 2023.
Station Casinos is planning to develop 6 new projects in Las Vegas. The first one should be completed by the end of the current decade. Station Casino is in the process of applying for the necessary permits to build complexes in Skye Canyon and Inspirada. Summerlin, Northe Las Las Vegas and at the intersection of Flamingo Road and the Beltway are other potential locations.
