Soaring Eagle will open its sportsbook on April 4th. Hannahville license was supposed to be the last one, but TwinSpires announced it would be discontinuing its online sports betting and iGaming activities last month.

TwinSpires has been partnered with Hannahville Indian Community and Island Resort Casino. It expects to wind down over the coming months. Bally Casino is one of the possibilities to take over TwinSpire's license. Rush Street Interactive has acquired Run It Once Poker and could bring it to Michigan.

In Michigan, platform licenses can be acquired or changed ownership. Operators can sign contracts with another platform.
