Smoke-Free Gaming Area Coming To Downtown Las Vegas

Plaza hotel-casino CEO announced this week that four renovation projects are being launched at the resort on Main Street. The first of them is a smoke-free gaming area. Other additions include a Pinkbox Doughnuts shop, a shaded outdoor bar and a second-floor rooftop patio outside Oscar's Steakhouse.
The new gaming space at the Plaza will include a Brian Christopher Slots floor with advanced slot machines. Christopher is a social media influencer who partners with casinos in giving customers lessons on how to play slot machine. He has taken a stance against smoking in casinos and will only partner with smoke-free casinos after January 1, 2023.
The construction at the Plaza is the latest addition to downtown Las Vegas’ revival. Circa Resort will open in late 2020. The Plaza will be built on Main Street just beyond the western end of the Fremont Street Experience.
