Bragg Gaming Group has added its content to three of SkillOnNet's operator brands in Ontario. Bragg has served the newly regulated market since April 4. Yaniv Sherman will become Brag's new Chief Executive Officer, effective July 1, 2022. Brags completed its acquisition of Spin Games in a cash and stock transaction valued at approximately USD 30 million. It will provide for a differentiated and widely distributed iGaming product offering. The acquisition accelerates Brgg's North American growth.   Brags is aiming to become a leading supplier across Canada.
