Second Online Casino Gaming Bill introduced in New York. Online casino operators will be subjected to a one-time fee of $2 million. Independent contractor providing an interactive gaming wagering platform will face a $10 million fee. Registration with the NYS Gaming Commission will last for 10 years. All registered online casino gaming operators would be published on the commission’s website for public use. Mobile interactive wagsering in NY will have a 25% tax on gross gaming revenue.
