Scientific Games has launched its large-scale retail and digital sports betting services in Azerbaijan. The Azerbaijan National Lottery, Azerlotereya, launched operations in mid-January.
Scientific Games has signed a ten-year contract with Azerlotereya's operator Demirören Holding. Scientific Games operates similar products in other jurisdictions worldwide. In 2018, the company helped Delaware launch its state lottery and Scientific games is a sports betting provider in numerous markets across the United States, Europe, and Canada.
