Saturday’s National Lottery jackpot will be a guaranteed £20 million after no-one claimed the top prize on Wednesday.

The prize on Saturday will be a “Must Be Won” jackpot, meaning that if no single winner is found the money is shared out among the other prize tiers.

This means lots of players could win lots more cash, according to Camelot’s Andy Carter, senior winners’ adviser at The National Lottery.

No lucky player successfully matched all six main numbers to win the jackpot on Wednesday, nor did anyone scoop the next biggest prize of £1 million, for five numbers and the bonus ball.

Some 82 people bagged £1,750 after matching five of the six numbers.

The winning Lotto numbers were 19, 28, 03, 41, 33, 43 and the bonus number was 57.

Set of balls seven and draw machine Merlin were used.

No-one matched all five numbers to win the Lotto HotPicks but five players got four numbers to claim £13,000.

The winning Thunderball numbers were 38, 19, 39, 18, 34 and the Thunderball number was 01.

No-one bagged the top prize of £500,000, but four people won the next biggest prize of £5,000 after matching five numbers.
