Playtech has signed a five-year deal with The Jockey club to create content for its top-performing casino, poker, live casino and bingo verticals. The initial output from the partnership is to be rolled out in time for the 2022 Cheltenham Festival to take place at Chelton Racecourse in Gloucestershire from March 15 to March 18th.

The jockeyclub is the largest commercial horse racing organization in the United Kingdom and operates 15 racecourses nationwide.
Playtech's second-largest shareholder, TTB Partners Limited, is considering a takeover approach. Aristocrat Leisure's $2.8 billion buyout offer was unsuccessful. Playtech agreed to be released from UK takeover rules barring a company or its affiliates from lodging a new takeover offer for a period of six months after a proposal.
