Pennsylvania Casinos Crime Log and Involuntary Exclusion List Members

Pennsylvania Casinos have their fair share of crime. In nearly all of the instances that involve theft on casino property, violence, leaving a child in a vehicle and cheating, the perpetrator lands on the Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board’s involuntary exclusion list.

There are currently 1110 people on the involuntary exclusion list in Pennsylvania. People are given 30 days notice to respond if they wish to appear at the hearing. They can apply to be removed from the list within 5 years. As of October 2019 no one is banned from casinos in New York.

Theophilus Berry left his daughter in his car while he went to Rivers Casino Philadelphia and placed sports bets. Mara Comfort was denied entry to the casino because she was intoxicated. She spat on a casino employee and hit a Pennsylvania State Police person in the face. Harry Stetson was involved in an illegal sports wagering operation in Allegheny and Westmoreland counties. He was charged with conspiracy and engaging in pool selling or bookmaking.

Lorraine Carson hit five cars trying to exit Hollywood casino. Samy Hassan left his 11-year-old child unattended in a car for 2 hours and 6 minutes at Wind Creek Bethlehem. Joseph Matlock exposed himself in the Mount Airy hotel lobby. He was charged with open lewdness and aggravated assault.

Travis Appleton assaulted a table games dealer at Parx Casino. Dirrone Stansbury was verbally combative and made threatening statements to PSP and Rivers Philadelphia staff on the gaming floor.

Matthew Pietluck stole $3,000 in gaming cheques from a table game at Parx Casino. Piet luck ran out of the casino before he could be apprehended. He was charged with felony theft and felony receiving stolen property.

Jameila Mack left her children, ages 12 and 5, in her car for two hours while she was gambling at Harrah's Philadelphia Casino. Ashley Mejia was employed as VIP coordinator at Mount Airy Casino Resort and engaged in a scheme to provide free play to another individual in exchange for cash payments. She was charged by the United States Attorney’s Office for the Middle District of Pennsylvania and in 2019, her guilty plea to one count of conspiracy to commit money laundering was accepted by a Federal District Court.

Shawn Henrich left his ten-year-old child in a car in the Rivers Casino Pittsburgh parking garage for 14 minutes. He was taken into custody on unrelated charges at the time of the incident. Abdul Mubdi was at a craps table at Rivers and cursed at his dealer. Mubidi was charged with possession with intent to deliver, possession of contraband, marijuana and driving under the influence. Frank Pasquino was involved in an illegal sports wagering operation in Allegheny and Westmoreland Counties.

Michael Harper left his children, ages 4 and 2, in a car at the Rivers Casino Philadelphia parking lot when he went into the casino to place a sports bet. He was evicted from the property. A group of individuals participated in check-cashing scheme that affected numerous casinos on the East coast.

Mohammed Ahmed cheated while playing Blackjack at Mount Airy Casino and was permanently evicted from the casino. Hykeem Sessoms kidnapped an 84-year-old woman in the parking garage of Wind Creek Bethlehem Casino.

Sabas Morales Guerrero left his child unattended at the market at Wind Creek Bethlehem Casino and at Mount Airy Casino. He has been permanently evicted from both casinos.

Kenneth Wilson stole $220 in gaming chips from a chip rack at Rivers Philadelphia. He returned to the casino and cashed in the chips. Wilson was evicted from Rivers and charged with criminal activity.

Christi Brockington left two children in her car while she was gambling inside Rivers Casino Philadelphia. Brian Guinn left a seven-year-old child on a bench in the vestibule of Rivers Philadelphia while he was playing. Priscilla Morales left her children unattended in a car in Rivers. Amanda Roberts left four-years-olds in their cars for 29 minutes inside Harrah’s Philadelphia and was permanently evicted. Milady Borda left three children, ages 8, 3 and 1, in Wind Creek Bethlehem while going inside the casino and gaming for over two hours. Alonzo Oliver-Tucker stole $14,000 in gaming chips from the Blackjack table float inside River's Philadelphia, and he has been permanently banned from casinos since.

Abayomi Ademigoke committed 70 thefts at four casinos in four states including PA. Bryce Flowers arrived in the parking garage of Rivers Pittsburgh driving a stolen vehicle. He was arrested and charged with attempted murder of police officers.

Zachery Ian Winters dropped a bag containing 33 grams of methamphetamine, a phone and a digital scale on the casino floor at the Wind Creek Casino in Bethlehem. He was charged with possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance, possession of acontrolled substance and possession.

Farid Brown stole $6,000 worth of gaming chips from Harrah's Casino Philadelphia. Davon McCallum tried to cash in the stolen chips later that same day. Both McCallsum and Brown were criminally charged and were permanently evicted. Robin Gruver left her children unattended in a car in Mohegan Sun parking lot for one hour and 50 minutes. Russell Giles sold Oxycodone on the casino floor at Parx.

Christopher Merrick allegedly conspired with a Mohegan Sun Pocono employee to obtain Players’ Club Cards that were fraudulently registered to other individuals” player accounts. Merick uploaded the free slot play onto the slot machines in order to convert the money into cash.

Matthew Druker and Rebecca Drucker left their one-year-old in their car for 30 minutes in the parking lot at Valley Forge Casino in March 2019. Geraldine Pendleton left her two grandchildren, ages five and three, unattended in a hotel room while she gambled at Mohegan Sun Casino. Michelle Cedoz left five-years- old nephew in her car in Presque Isle Downs and Casino for 15 minutes.

Manuela Zingarelli stole $700 from the cashier's cage and $100 from customers at Rivers Philadelphia.

Maurice Bean and Takemia Kelly left their children alone in a car in the parking lot of Rivers Casino Philadelphia. They were inside the casino for 13 minutes and cashed in $33 of roulette chips. Jamar Kinder left his two-year-old unattended in Harrah’s Casino Parking lot for a 13-minute period. He was permanently evicted from Harrares and charged with endangering the welfare of a child and disorderly conduct.

Charles Thomas left his nine-year-old child in his car while he redeemed a Sportsbook ticket at Rivers Casino Pittsburgh. Ryan Reynolds punched a patron at The Meadows Racetrack & Casino and the nightclub had to be evacuated. He was charged with simple assault and he was issued a one- year ban.

Justin Pendleton left his children, ages 5 and 3, in a hotel room while he was gaming at Mohegan Sun Casino. Andrew Mapp stole $6,000 worth of chips from SugarHouse.

Julie Renald fired a shot in the Rivers Casino parking garage. Natalia Vilnius and Sairhei Kazialefski were turned away by security from Parx Casino with a ten-year-old child. Frank Savage left his eight- year- old child unattended in SugarHouse Casino's parking lot for 24 minutes.

Nicole Jones left her children, ages 5 and 3, in a hotel room while she was gaming at the Sands Casino. They were found wandering the hotel hallway 2 hours later.

Sean Owens left seven children, ages 2 years old through 10 years, in his car unattended in the parking lot for 15 minutes while he gambled inside SugarHouse Casino. He was formally evicted from Sugarhouse Casino and is now on the involuntary exclusion list.

Lescarr Blizzard took $60 from a tip jar at Harrah’s Casino Philadelphia. Nicole Inks left a ten-year-old alone in a vehicle at Rivers Casino while she gambled for seven-and-a-half hours. She was banned for life from Rivers and charged by the PSP for endangering the welfare of a child.

Rose Melina left her 13-year-old grandson unattended in her car while gambling at Harrah’s Philadelphia Casino. Harrah”s permanently evicted Melin.

Canh Phung left his children, ages 8 and 1, in his car at the SugarHouse parking lot for 30 minutes while he was inside gambling. Chew Siew was caught with cocaine at Sands Casino.
