Wind Creek Hospitality, the gaming arm of Poarch Band of Creek Indians, has purchased online gaming company FlowPlay. Flowplay offers free-to-play and online mobile games, including virtual worlds, sports betting and social casino games.

Wind Creek Hospitality has acquired FlowPlay, an online gaming company. Poarch Band of Creek Indians is Alabama's only federally-recognized Native Indian tribe. It operates three Wind Creek casinos resorts in Alabama, four other properties in Pennsylvania, Nevada and Aruba, and a location in Illinois. Flow play repurchased shares of previous investors after failing to find a buyer for 2020.

Wind Creek Hospitality has acquired FlowPlay, an online gaming company.

FlowPlay and Wind Creek Hospitality will work together. Derrick Morton, co-founder of FlowPlay, will still be president of Wind creek. Douglas Pearson, Flow play's cofounder, is a chief technical officer.
