One Aliens Game You May Not Know About

Needless to say, there are a lot of games based on the Aliens and AvP films out there. This is a sprawling sci-fi franchise (or bundle of franchises, depending on how you look at it) with a huge community of fans all over the world, and it’s only natural that a ton of games have popped up over the years. But there’s one curious title you may not know about yet.

The “Aliens” game is featured among a collection of the best casino bonuses and is effectively a significantly enhanced game that overflows with imagery and references related to the films. The game’s description reads, “It’s game over man. They’re coming out of the goddamn walls in the Aliens slot machine,” echoing the famous quote from Aliens in 1986.

On the surface, “Aliens” is just an arcade slot machine in which Ripley, Hicks, and other characters are all present as you explore settings and symbols related to LV-426. As you play through the game you’re also chasing down aliens in pursuit of the Alien Queen. Most of the game still plays out through a regular slot reel, as you spin the icons and hope to win various bonuses (and there are opportunities to play the game for real money). However, there are some really fun bonus mini-games that separate this from other movie-themed slot games online. For instance, at a certain point you get to fire ammo and launch grenades at the Alien Queen in an effort to take her down once and for all.

Debatably the best Alien games ever created, Sega published this game for nearly every major console available today. Unlike the games mentioned earlier that are designed in line with the earlier James Cameron, action-packed Alien movies, this game is set 15 years after the events in the 1979 Alien movie. The gameplay is from the perspective of Amanda Ripley, daughter of Ellen Ripley, who is searching for her missing mother and simultaneously hiding and running from just one Alien. Various game features such as the darkness of the corridors, eerie sound effects, and stealthy game play make for a horror-movie experience that is guaranteed to give you chills. Even if you are a bigger fan of the action packed stuff this game is an intense and immersive experience that truly captures the horror of being trapped on a spaceship with a genetically perfected space killer.

It’s a simple game by comparison to some bigger Alien and AvP video games out there, but it’s a unique and very accessible option. Particularly in the lead up to the release of Alien: Covenant in 2017, it’s good to know where you can find some quick and simple Alien-related entertainment. so this is definitely a title to keep in mind.
