ATLANTIC CITY, NJ - A new steakhouse concept from the minds behind MGM Resorts in Las Vegas and New York is bringing an eclectic menu to the Jersey Shore.

Led by executive chef Howard Stilianessis and touting a curated collection of steak cuts from Japan, Idaho, Texas and New Jersey, B Prime opened its doors to Atlantic City visitors this week at the Borgata Hotel & Casino (1 Borgata Way).

Menu options consist of 42-ounce B Prime Tomahawk for two; 18-ounce Wagyu Chateaubriand; and the "Taste of Japan" Steak Flight, including A5 Kobe Beef. Other offerings include Steak Tartare topped with quail egg, Wagyu Cheese Steak Bites and Jersey Tomato Salad.

"We created B Prime as a modern alternative to the classic steakhouse," said Borgata Vice President of Hospitality Anthony Caratozzolo. "From tableside presentations to high-quality steak cuts and beverage offerings, the restaurant will provide guests a first-class culinary experience from the moment they arrive until the conclusion of their evening with us."

For those looking to grab a drink before hitting the pool or the slots, B Prime offers craft cocktails like the Borgata Signature Old Fashioned, The Kiwi Energy (blended vodka or tequila with Orgeat, pineapple and kiwi juice) and Beach Don't Kill My Vibe (Coruba Jamaican Rum, tangerine juice, lemon juice, passionfruit, and sugar cane syrup served over crushed ice with orange, pineapple and mint garnishes).

B Prime is located on the casino floor adjacent to the BetMGM Sports Book. The steakhouse will be open Tuesdays to Thursdays from 5 p.m. to 10:30 p.m. and Fridays and Saturdays from 5 p.m. to 11 p.m.
