NATIONAL Lottery players have been urged to check their tickets now as a £1million prize could go unclaimed in six days.

The lucky winner has until October 27 to bag the life-changing amount, or face seeing it disappear.

The ticket was bought somewhere in the London boroughs of Harrow and Brent, according to The National Lottery website.

The UK Millionaire Maker winning ticket was drawn on April 30 as part of the EuroMillions run, under draw number 1420.

According to the rules, a winner has 180 days to claim the pot of cash, otherwise it, along with any interest earned, will go to National Lottery Projects across the UK.

Players were urged to check their tickets in August this year when one lucky buyer forgot to claim their £12m prize.

The eye-watering sum is made up of two tickets, one Euromillions ticket and one National Lottery ticket.

The National Lottery ticket is worth £11,165,532, and was won by a single ticket-holder on August 14 of this year.

Its winning numbers were 01 - 02 - 15 - 19 - 39 - 43.

While the EuroMillions ticket is worth £1,000,000 and was won on August 13 as part of the special UK Millionaire Maker Maker draw.

The National Lotto winner bought their ticket in a shop.

The ticket was bought online with all players who use the web being urged to check their accounts.

Camelot’s Andy Carter, Senior Winners’ Advisor at The National Lottery, said, “It’s only a week since the draw, but we’re urging all online Lotto players to log into their National Lottery account to see if they are the missing Lotto multi-millionaire we’re looking for.

“It could be a spectacular start to 2021 if the winner were to come forward so we’re urging players to check as soon as they can”

Five lucky ticket holders also scooped £1million each in the draw after matching five main numbers and the bonus ball.
