Moon World Resorts Inc will build a casino resort in Las Vegas with a lunar colony, a hotel built in a 735-foot tall replica of the moon and other space-themed facilities.
The Moon Resorts Las Vegas property will span 5.5 million square feet. It will house 4,000 rooms, a 75,00 square-foot spa, 50, 000 square of food and beverage outlets, 2,5000 square metres of theatre, 10,500 square meters of arena, 75000 square m of retail space and 150, square m for nightclubs and lounges. There will be a planetarium and a lunar-themed nightclub.

Moon Resorts Las Vegas plans to build a lunar-themed casino resort. It will replicate the colonies that are being planned by space agencies.

In the past few years, gaming operators have begun "de-theming" their casinos. New venues tend to have a more generic aesthetic. It will be well over a decade before we could see a shift towards themed casino resorts.
The construction of Moon Resorts Las Vegas is estimated to take about four years. It is predicted to open sometime in 2026 or 2027.
