(PRESS RELEASE) -- Founded by celebrated Israeli Chef Eyal Shani and Shahar Segal, Miznon is now open at The Venetian Las Vegas. Located just off The Palazzo casino floor, near the Sands Avenue bridge entrance, the new fast casual eatery specializes in Mediterranean street food accompanied by select cocktails, beer and wine. Miznon will be open daily from 11 a.m. to 8 p.m.

The Miznon menu is constructed from fresh seasonal ingredients, but the creation comes from pushing imagination to the edge. Guests will enjoy delicious pitas stuffed with inventive fillings like roasted cauliflower, ratatouille, wild mushrooms, rib eye steak, folded cheeseburger, steak ‘N’ egg, Bolognese spaghetti, rotisserie chicken, shrimp, and branzino. Side dishes also take a starring role including the original world-famous whole roasted baby cauliflower, green beans, potatoes, bag of golden meat, the best hummus plate that you will ever eat, topped with melting chickpeas and roasted beef carpaccio.

Designed by Jakov Turieman in collaboration with RIOS, the intimate space seats 32 including countertop seating that overlooks the open kitchen. The eclectic ambiance is brought to life through signature olive green décor accents, textured materials including reclaimed wood and metal, vintage lighting, and tile with chalk art by Guy Mizrachy echoing other Miznon locations around the world.

The first Miznon opened in 2011 in Tel Aviv and has since expanded to Paris, Vienna, Melbourne, London, New York City, and Boston.
