Michigan commercial casino revenue climbs to $116.9m in July

Michigan’s three commercial casinos in Detroit saw retail betting and gaming revenue increase by 8 per cent compared to the previous month to $116.9m in July.

Table games and slots revenue rose by 9 per cent month-on-month to $115.7m, with retail sports betting contributing $1.2m. Compared to July 2019, revenue from table games and slots were down 3 per cent, with all three Detroit casinos closed in July 2020 due to Covid-19 restrictions.
