Maryland casino revenue up 8% in October; Live! beats MGM for second time since 2017

The state's casinos took $155M last month. Live! Casino and Hotel became Maryland's top-earning venue at $60.8Million. It's the second time it has beaten MGM National Harbor since 2017 and the first time with full capacity. MGM reported $55.9M, down 1.2%. Horseshoe Casino came third with $17. 2M. Live! Casino and MGM National Harbor are in a fierce competition for the state's gambling revenue. Live! used to lead the market, but MGM took the lead in March 2017. The six state casinos posted record revenue of $180.1 million in July.
