Lottery Courier Jackpocket Looks To Get Into The Online Casino Game

Jackpocket is the first lottery ticket courier registered with the New Jersey Lottery. The company will be the the third-party lottery service to enter the online casino space in the Garden State.

Jackpocket wants to offer online casino games. The company got $120 million in funding to pioneer the future of lottery play. New Jersey Division of Gaming Enforcement needs to approve the games before Jackpocket can offer them.

There is a high correlation between Jackpocket lottery players and those who enjoy casino-style gaming.

Lottery play is No. 1 among US gamblers. Jackpocket's customers are already online. Most US lottery players aren't yet online gambers.

Most US gamblers are not yet online. Only 15% of survey-takers wagered online on sports, poker, slots and horse racing. 27% didn't gamble at all, 16% only wagerored on one activity, 11% gambled on 7-10 activities a year. 71% play the lottery.

The lottery is the most popular form of gambling in the US.

Lottery Courier Jackpocket is looking to get into the online casino game. Risky gambling behavior increases with frequency. Online gambling operators are always trying to balance the use of their apps and promoting problematic gambling behaviour. Some studies suggest that cross selling between verticals is the highest risk category. The more frequently bettors play, the more at risk they are for “problematic gambling activity”
