CHESAPEAKE, Va. - A local college student hit the jackpot and won big by playing the Virginia Lottery online!
It was late at night, and Alexis Borrero said she couldn’t sleep, so she decided to go online and play a Virginia Lottery game to relax.

Borrero works as a bartender and is a full-time student studying criminal justice. She said she is going to pay bills with her winnings and invest the rest.
