Lady Luck Games, the parent company of Lady Luck, has acquired London-based games studio ReelNRG for $850,000.
LL Lucky Games has acquired ReelNRG, an online casino slots developer. ReelsNRg was founded in 2016 by Calvin Kent and Harsharan Gill. The company has 46 games and operates out of Hyderabad, India. LL Lullaby Games CEO Mads V. Jørgense said the acquisition consolidates the company's position as an independent game developer with a focus on regulated markets.
Lady Luck Games has acquired games studio ReelNRG for $850,000. Lady Luck has recorded a revenue growth of 86.8% over the past year. The company will benefit from ReelsNRg's distribution network in the UK and other regulated markets.
