Lucy Luck Gaming's license to build and operate a gambling venue in Terre Haute was not renewed. The Indiana Gaming Commission has reopened the license application process for a Vigo County casino. Applicants must pay a $50,000 application fee and use the Commission’s Casino License Application form. They must submit their application and fee but may also cross-reference to their existing application with the gaming regulatory agency.

IGC will not renew the license of Lucy Luck Gaming for Vigo County casino. The company planned to build a Hard Rock-branded casino complex in Terre Haute. It will be open for bidding among companies interested in the project solely for monetary gain. The Gary property opened in mid-May. Spectacle Entertainment had already opened a land-based casino resort in Gary. They returned the Majestic Star license to the Gaming Commission. LucyLuck Gaming will apply for the vacant Majestative Star licence.
