Hiring continues on the Las Vegas Strip as labor shortage rolls on. Automated table games have become more common. The pandemic has made much of the Strip exercise caution. Some of them offer lower entry prices. The economy is recovering. There are some savings on overhead. It's more efficient for the casino and less overhead to pay for.
Westgate Las Vegas has about 100 job vacancies. MGM Resorts is hiring. Las Vegas is still not back to full employment status. The good news is many hospitality jobs are expected to return eventually. SEMA is coming back next week. Some guests prefer electronic table games. Automated gaming is not ready for the Vegas yet. Vegas is going to have a couple of hiring events next Tuesday and Thursday. Front Desk and Housekeeping are being offered. They are available from 10 am to 3 pm. EVS is available 10 AM to 4 pm on Thursday, 11 November.
