A Las Vegas Strip property’s casino cage was robbed early Wednesday morning, the resort confirmed to the Sun.

In a statement, officials with Resorts World said a lone individual approached the cage about 2 a.m. and demanded money. Metro Police was contacted and arrived in minutes, they said.

No other details were provided and it’s unknown if the suspect is in custody. It’s also unknown if they got away with any money. The suspect reportedly left the property in a taxi, the CBS affiliate in Las Vegas is reporting.

The incident is part of an ongoing investigation by Metro, Resorts World said.

“Resorts World Las Vegas would like to thank Metro for their swift efforts in investigating this incident,” the hotel said in a statement.

Metro couldn’t immediately provide more details.
