LAS VEGAS (KITV4) -- Lady Luck was on the side of a Hawaii man visiting Las Vegas.

The man, only identified as Antonio, turned $1 into more than $55,000 on a lucky hand of Pai Gow poker at the California Hotel and Casino.

According to Boyd Gaming, Antonio pulled a five-ace hand and won the jackpot totaling $55,296.

Boyd Gaming Vice President of Corporate Communications released the following statement on Anotnio’s win:

“2022 has been a big year so far for our Hawaiian friends at the Cal, and Antonio’s big win is no exception. We’re thrilled to celebrate his jackpot, and look forward to more to come!”
