Bingo! Leon Stewart of Guelph won a $50,000 prize with Instant Bingo Doubler.
Stewart, a 67-year-old father and grandfather, said he’s a weekly lottery player and loves playing Instant games to unwind and relax. “I woke up with a good spirit one day, so I decided to buy a ticket,” he shared while at the OLG Prize Centre in Toronto to pick up his winnings. “I was playing my ticket at the coffee shop and needed the number 34. When Stewart shared his big news with friends, he said they were all so happy and excited for him. “I’m still processing the shock – I am very thankful for this blessing. I’m filled with gratitude.”
Stewart plans to put some of this money aside for his grandchildren’s future so they can pursue their education. “I’ll also share some with my sister and brother and maybe celebrate with a night out on the town,” he smiled.
