Everi has bought Micro Gaming Technologies for $25M. MGT designs and develops applications for the casino industry. Everi provides entertainment technology solutions for casino operators. The company has extended its relationship with the New York Lottery for 10 more years. It provides the video lottery central system through September 2029. The deal also provides Everis with a portfolio of customer locations where M GT’s solutions are currently installed. They are: Casino, interactive, and gaming industry, financial products and services, player loyalty tools and applications, intelligence and regulatory compliance solutions.
