For the fourth time this year, an Irish person has become a hell of a lot richer from a Euromillions draw.
While the main jackpot wasn't won by anyone (meaning it'll head towards 50million on Friday!), the Euromillions Plus jackpot was won!
The €500,000 top prize was scooped by an Irish player - but we haven't got a location yet.
The winning Euromillions Plus numbers were:
2, 7, 21, 29 and 33.
The punter bagged the huge sum after matching the winning numbers 7, 24, 27, 33, 34 and 40, and the bonus number 30.
It was the third major win of the year so far for Irish lottery players.
The National Lottery has now revealed the jackpot was won by a Limerick player, who bought their ticket online.
A notification has been sent to the user’s online account and a separate email has now been sent to the Limerick ticketholder who is encouraged to get in touch.
The winning ticket was a €6 Normal Play selection, meaning that the lucky player selected their own winning numbers to scoop the huge prize.
"€8.5 million really is a life-changing sum of money so we will be carefully guiding this winner through this prize claims process over the course of the coming weeks to ensure that they are fully prepared when claiming this massive prize,” the spokesperson added.
