The Emerald Island and the Rainbow club are owned and operated by brothers Tim and Mike Brooks. They are located in Henderson, Nevada. It was built in 1967 as a grocery store and served as an assembly line for workers of Basic Magnesium Company in World War II. In 1984 Peppermill Casinos bought the property and sold it to the Brooks brothers in 2020. After an extensive interior and exterior redesign, the casino re-opened in September 2020 and is considered the top choice for locals.
