Eight of the top 10 global online gambling websites by traffic up in October

ogonet and SEMrush are bringing new traffic data of global and regional online gambling and gaming for the month of October.

Global data of top gambling websites by traffic sees bet365.com easily leading with 243.69 million users, a growth of 2% from September. Caliente.mx came next with 88,646,131, a monthly fall of nearly 8%. The top three was rounded out by netkeiba.com, which saw a significant monthly growth of over 26% hosting 85,591,695 users. Eight of the top 10 companies in this ranking saw monthly increases during October.

October’s regional data for the US sees the leading Florida Lottery (flalottery.com) up by nearly 13% from September with 22.18 million users. It was followed by the Texas Lottery (txlottery.org) with 12,088,217, an increase of over 4%. The Lottery Post (lotterypost.com) came third with 11,16 million users, soaring by 55% from the prior month.

UK top three gambling websites by traffic were the same in October, compared to the prior month. Bet365 led the ranking with 21,650,854 users, up 17%. Skybet came next with 16,96 million, an increase of 11%. William Hill kept the third place with 15,928,368 users, a monthly growth of 8%.

The LatAm market was also included in the SEMrush and Yogonet report for October. In Brazil, bet365.com led the ranking with 120,165,491 users, flat from the prior month. It was followed by Ojogodobicho.com, which grew by 23% hosting 51,736,881 users. Still very far behind them, sportingbet.com kept the third place with 5,85 million, up 20% from September. 

In Mexico, despite seeing a 8% drop in October, Caliente.mx easily kept the first place with 88,307,302 users. Codere.mx soared by 48% and came second though very far, with 5,682,962, while strendus.com.mx achieved the third place with 413,146 users with a 10% growth.

Colombia's online gambling traffic ranking saw Wplay.co come on top with 27,697,591 users, up 44% from September. It narrowly overtook Betplay.com.co, which grew by nearly 32% and hosted 27,184,256 users. They were followed far behind by rushbet.co with 2,802,693, down 15%.

In Peru, bet365 took the lead with 3,096,379 users in September, a 25% drop from September. It was followed by teapuesto.pe, which grew by 22% to 3.50 million. Inkabet.pe came third with a 42% monthly drop and 2,393,010 users.  

SEMrush also works with search volume data related to the gaming industry, based on the average number of times a specific search query is entered on a search engine per month. The top global English keywords searched in October were “lottery” (3,350,000 times), followed by “online games” (2.740.000), and “casino”, recording 2.740.000 times.
