The 200-key resort will include an 83,000-square-foot casino, four restaurants, food hall, a pool and event lawn, 20,000 square feet of meetings space and 40 electric vehicle-charging stations. Its race and sports book will have indoor and outdoor viewing areas.

The lobby will feature warm lighting, neutral tones and natural stone floors and walls. The lobby bar, which will open to the outdoors, will include small nooks, sofas and one-of-a-kind art pieces.

Station Casinos last opened the Red Rock Resort on the valley's west side in 2006. Station still has several suburban Las Vegas properties -- the Fiesta Henderson, Fiesta Rancho and Texas Station -- that have been shuttered since the pandemic's outset in March 2020.

The company sold one of its closed properties, the Palms near the Strip, to the San Manuel Gaming and Hospitality Authority for $650 million last May. That property is expected to open within the next couple months.
