Panel discussion held at Stockton University's Atlantic city campus celebrated the anniversary of legalized casino gaming in New Jersey. Michael C. Epps, the first Atlantic native to serve as a New York Casino Control Commission member, said some people still don't feel they have received the full promise of the industry.
