Shares of casino companies with properties in Macau were trading higher Tuesday, following news that China would ease Covid-related border restrictions on international travelers.

At 1:41 p.m. ET, the American depositary receipts of Melco Resorts & Entertainment Ltd. were up 7.8% at $12.04. The ADRs are up about 18% for the year.
