The game begins with one of the players rolling the dice on the table. This player is known as Shooter. Each player rolls dice for each round of the game. So, you will have a new Shooter for each round. Sometimes, a single Shooter can roll the dice multiple times continuously.

- Basics of Online Craps
Come-out Roll: This is the first dice rolled during the first round of the game. It is used to set a point in the game.
Crapping Out: When the dice is rolled, if both the dice show a combined total of 2, 3, or 12, it is known as crapping out. The round is completed after this. In this round, the players with the pass line wagers, lose and the ones with don’t pass bets, win.
However, if any values other than the ones mentioned-above land (such as 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, and 10), a point value is set up and the round further continues.
The shooter again is asked to roll the dice. This is done till there is a point value set or a 7 number is rolled. When either of these lands, the game round is completed, and the next round is prompted to begin.
