Aria and Park MGM got top marks in the survey of Las Vegas Strip casinos indoor air quality. The company that sells air purification products didn't name the property. It's not the intention to single out the worst properties, but to celebrate resorts that do a good job with airquality.

Wynd did the survey on indoor air quality. The company has no business relationships with any of the properties named. Chris Moyer, head of communications for Americans for Nonsmokers’ Rights, questions the motives behind the study. Moyers is trying to close loopholes in New Jersey laws to prevent casinos from allowing smoking. There is no similar effort on behalf of non-smokers or casino employees in Nevada. Park MGM remains the only smoke-free hotel-casino on the Las Vegas Strip. Nevada is one of 22 states with no comprehensive statewide smoke free law.
