Arlington, WA – Angel OfThe Winds Casino Resort is pleased to announce that Stephen Heise and AllenKreger have been appointed as Chief People Officer and Chief TechnologyOfficer, respectively.
Heise brings over 16 years ofhuman resource management experience and 20 years of experience at the VP levelto Angel Of The Winds Casino Resort, most recently from the Desert DiamondCasino in Phoenix, Arizona. Before transitioning to the gaming industry, Heisehoned his abilities in hospitality. As a business manager for Walt Disney WorldResort, 10 of his 45 Cast Members won the highly sought-after “Partners inExcellence” award for great service — an accolade reserved for only the top 2%of Cast Members enrolled in the program.
“I’m excited to continue to be the best employer in the area and provide the friendliest service to our guests,” answered Heise when asked what he hoped to bring his new position. When asked the same question, Kreger said, “I am a customer-service-type personality and thoroughly enjoy making things function as or better than intended.”
Kreger has over 20 years ofinformation technology experience, and his wide-ranging career includespositions at Oversee.Net, Caremark RX (now CVS), and the San Manuel Band ofMission Indians in Highland, California. While working in Highland, Allenoversaw a major IT infrastructure overhaul to their gaming space, tribalgovernment, fire department, schools, and other institutions within thecommunity. His work helped bring about the implementation of wirelesstechnology and significant gaming-floor improvements.
