Bristol Casino generated nearly $15 million in adjusted gross revenues from slots and table games in December. The casino opened in July and generated roughly $12 million the first month of operation.

Bristol Casino revenues rose slightly in September. The temporary casino is on pace to generate more than $171 million in its first year of operation. Since opening July 8, it has recorded more $40.3 million. It has also generated more than $2.41 million to the Regional Improvement Commission. The total doesn't include revenues from the Hard Rock sports book. Virginia law assesses a graduated tax on a casino’s AGR, or wagers minus winnings.

Bristol Casino made $11.717 million in July. Most of that money came from slot machines. Table games brought in $1.480 million. The casino is run by Hard Rock.

HR Bristol generated nearly $13 million in Adjusted Gross Revenues from slots and table games in November. The temporary facility on the site of the former Bristol Mall opened to the public on 8 July.

Bristol Casino revenues on pace to exceed projections. September revenues from the casino rose slightly compared to August. The temporary casino is on course to generate more than $171 million in its first year of operation. Caesars Virginia casino project is still slated to open in late 2024. The ground was broken on the project on August 11. It will feature more 1,400 slot machines and table games, Caeres Sportsbook and WSOP Poker Room. There will also be a 40,000 square foot meeting and convention space with an entertainment venue to accommodate up to 2,500 guests.

Bristol Hard Rock Casino's October revenues were $14,144,160. The casino has collected $54.4 million in AGR since it opened in early July. The Virginia Lottery's monthly report showed the casino bringing in $11.3 million on slot machines and $2.9 million of table games. Bristol Transportation District Regional Improvement Commission collected more than $1.5 million. It split the local revenue equally between 12 counties and 2 municipalities.

Indiana casinos had their win totals dip a bit in May, but still managed to exceed $200 million. The total win was $211,895,475. In May the state made $189.85 million from slots and $45.37 million via table games.

Indiana casinos are still raking in the bucks, but summer is seeing the state experience a slight swoon. The Hoosier State's 12 commercial casinos combined for $197,197.354 in total gaming win (i.e. revenue) last month. That was a 6.9% decline and a 3.8% fall in a year-over-year comparison to June 2021 ($204.95 million).

Australia leads the world in gambling losses. Last year people lost $11.4 billion to poker machines in pubs and clubs across five states. The losses are estimated to be more than $13 billion next year. In 30 years to 2019, poker machine losses amounted to $308.3 billion. A recent royal commission into Crown Victoria and the Perth Casino found that they are stealing from the vulnerable and underpaying casino taxes. Arie Huybregts, a candidate for Socialist Alliance in the Victorian elections, said that the reforms will do little to stem the flow of cash to the greedy casinos unless more significant action is taken.

PA Gaming Revenue Reaches $429 million in July. Retail slots accounted for nearly half of all adjusted gross revenue (AGR), but numbers in that vertical are down almost $9 million year-over-year. Online slots and sports wagering revenue are up 13.73% and 28.14%.

The Virginia Lottery released its casino gaming activity report for the month of August for activity at Hard Rock Bristol. The casino generated $14 million in adjusted gross revenues from slots and table games. This is a more than $2 million increase over the July. An 18 percent tax assessment generated over $ 2.5 million.

Illinois Gaming Board reports $327.4 million in revenue from casino gaming and video gaming terminals in June. There were 745,546 admissions across the state's 11 revenues, nearly 50,000 fewer compared to May. The state collected $86.2 million from the two wagering disciplines.

Louisiana casinos saw revenues decline by 12.2% in January compared to December. The four segments of Louisiana casino gaming made $253,727,483 in revenue for January. In December the state’s gambling outlets made a combined $1.3 billion.

DraftKings Casino CT has already secured a solid lead in the Connecticut online casino market. November is the only full month of casino revenue data for the market so far. DraftKings is one of the largest online casinos in U.S. It operates Draft Kings Casino MI, Draft King's Casino PA and numerous other state-licensed sites across the U.,S., and offers legal online gambling to residents of Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Michigan and West Virginia.

PlayUp Online Casino considers Pennsylvania as a potential market for its iGaming product. If it's successful, it could help the state reach $100 million monthly revenue.

Indiana's casino revenue for September was slightly above $194.7 million. The cumulative win of the racinos and casinos in Indiana was $206.6 million, which is a 1.3% decline from August. In September, the free-play revenue was less than $12.1 million compared to August's $11.5 million and the adjusted revenue gap shrunk to $1.4 million month-over-month.

June's Pennsylvania iGaming gross revenue topped out at nearly $100.9 million. More than $72.4 million came from slot games, more than $26.0 million from online table games and more than $2.5 million from poker.

David Barash, Chairman of the Pennsylvania Gambling Management Committee, announced his retirement on July 15th. He was the President of PGCB from 2007 to 2008. Denise Smiler was appointed as the new president.

Michigan's retail and online casinos earned $89.2 million in June. The daily average was down 2.8%. The state's gross gaming revenue dropped 5.9% month over month, but it was only because of the shorter month of June than May.

Pennsylvania Online Gambling Breaks The $100 million mark in May. New Jersey and Michigan saw monthly revenue held steady from April to May, but Pennsylvania enjoyed a large increase. Taxable revenue broke into the nine figures for the first time with $101,251,772 in combined online casino and online poker revenue. It's the second state to have done so after New York in January.

Indiana is one step closer to legal online gambling. House Bill 1406 proposes a tax rate of 18% on adjusted gross revenues and an initial $500,000 fee for interactive gaming operators.
