Potawatomi Hotel & Casino is renovating its flagship property in Milwaukee's Menomonee Valley. The project will cost $100 million and involve more than 120,000 square feet of space. It will include a casino bar, more 1,800 slot machines, a new Fire Keeper's Club booth, and a high-limit room.

Rock & Brews restaurant will be the first new addition to the Potawatomi Community's flagship casino. It will feature a wide variety of local and craft beers and a stage for live music performances. The restaurant is being built by Gene Simmons and Paul Stanley of KISS.

The architect of choice for the project will be I-5 Design Build, Inc. Gilbane Building Service and Greenfire Management Services will work as general contractors. The project is being funded by the Potawatomi Business Development Corporation.

The renovation project is expected to be completed by spring 2023. The Potawatomi Hotel & Casino is one of the largest Indian casinos in the U.S. It opened on March 7, 1991 as a 45,800-square foot bingo hall in Milwaukee. In August 2019, a 175,000-sq-ft second hotel tower opened at what is now Potwatmi Hotel and Casino.
