HOWARD COUNTY, MD — A winning $50,000 ticket bought at the 7-Eleven located at 4882 Montgomery Road in Ellicott City, remains unclaimed. The winning numbers were 14, 20, 39, 65 and 67; the Powerball was 2 and the Power Play multiplier x3. Because no one hit the jackpot, players now can try to win $730 million in the Wednesday drawing. The jackpot carries a cash option of $546 million. If won, this would be the fourth largest jackpot in Powerball game history and the sixth largest jackpot in U.S. lottery history. This is the highest the Powerball jackpot has been since March 2019.

Lottery officials encourage all winners to sign the backs of their tickets immediately and put them in safe locations. Winners typically have 182 days from the date of the drawing to claim prizes. However, the lottery has temporarily extended claiming deadlines due to Maryland's state of emergency due to the coronavirus pandemic.

The $50,000 winners can claim their prizes by mail or in person by appointment at Lottery headquarters' customer resource center located at 1800 Washington Blvd. in Baltimore. Winners of smaller prizes can claim them by mail, at lottery retailers, at casinos or by appointment at Lottery headquarters.
