More than 2.6 million people visited Las Vegas last month. That's up 70% compared to the same time last year. February 2022 visitor volume is up 69.9% and February 2021 is down 18%.
2.6 million people visited Las Vegas last month. Hotel occupancy reached 69.3%. Weekend occupancy was 87.5%. Midweek occupancy is 60.7%.
The average daily rate in February 2022 approached $150. The revenue per available room reached $103.62 for the month.
Gaming revenue in Clark County in February 2022 was $949,870,000. On the Las Vegas Strip, casinos won $599,131,00. Downtown casinos brought in $69,182,500. Casino revenue on the Boulder Strip was up 14.1% compared to 2021.
