The Dutch Gaming Authority is taking enforcement action against 15 websites that advertise illegal games on websites. The websites were found to have violated the Gambling Act. Several of the websites discontinued their activity while others switched to advertising for licensed gambling providers.
The Dutch Gaming Authority is taking enforcement action against 15 affiliates that advertise illegal games on websites. The websites were investigated out of 22 investigations initiated by the regulator. Several of the websites discontinued their activity while others switched to advertising for licensed gambling providers. Offering games of chance without a licence is prohibited in the Netherlands. The website has to ensure the game it advertises belongs to one of regulated operators.
Churchill Downs is exploring the possibility of selling TwinSpires Racing. Pariplay is looking to overhaul its proprietary games content.
