Just when an Everton Park blue-collar worker thought his relaxing break from work couldn’t get any better, he picked up a $100,000 win in today’s Lucky Lotteries Super Jackpot draw.

The North Brisbane man won the guaranteed 1st Prize of $100,000 in Lucky Lotteries Super Jackpot draw 10643, drawn Monday 15 August 2022.

“Holy s***! Bloody hell!” he cheered when an official from The Lott revealed his win.

“Oh wow! I can’t wrap my head around this.

“I just went on smoko, and I noticed I had a few missed calls.

“I decided to give you a callback and find out what’s going on.

“I’m really glad I did.

“I won’t forget this workday ever!

“What a way to start the week, hey?!”

When asked how he planned to spend his $100,000 windfall, the Queenslander shared a couple of ideas.

“I’m very shocked right now, so I can’t think exactly what I’ll spend the money on. Maybe a holiday? Maybe a new car? Maybe I’ll put it into savings?” he questioned.

“All I know is that I’ll be celebrating this win with a couple of beers. How good!”

His winning entry of 10 random numbers was purchased online at thelott.com – the official home of Australia’s lotteries.

The Lucky Lotteries Mega Jackpot prize is now $13.25 million for draw 1586, while the Lucky Lotteries Super Jackpot prize is now $22.77 million for draw 10646.

In 2021, 127 Lucky Lotteries 1st Prize and Jackpot winning entries across Australia won more than $32.95 million.
